After 10 years in retail management, Emily transitioned into Head Office Retail Operations, where she studied CIMA and moved into a finance role. Emily joined IDAD in 2021, developing her expertise in the financial solutions sector. Through her commitment and experience, she progressed into compliance leadership and now serves as Compliance Director.

As Compliance Director, Emily leads the organisation’s compliance framework, overseeing regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management across the business. She is responsible for developing and implementing robust compliance programmes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a strong culture of ethics and accountability. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, Emily provides strategic oversight of compliance, monitors evolving regulatory developments, and supports the organisation in maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
