Jitka joined IDAD in July 2025 and is originally from the Czech Republic, having spent the past 20 years living and working in the UK. She holds a Finance degree from the Czech Republic and an AAT Level 3 qualification gained in the UK. With over 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance across a range of industry sectors, including six years within financial services at an IFA firm, she brings a strong depth of expertise to the role. She supports the finance team with daily operations and provides management information and financial analysis to the CFO and Board.
